Debut album releases from around the world. Because front cover is almost identical in every release I will mostly show only centre labels and some details from back cover. Now, let´s start.....

Australia "Runaway Boys", L-37533 distributed by Festival Records. The title makes this one special.



Finland STRAY 1 nothing special, only centre label has little text " Made in Finland".



Italy ARS 39101 very basic issue.



Spain I-203.295 distributed by Ariola Eurodisc.



New Zealand SBLL 6137 distributed by Emi New Zealand.

Stray Cats s/t Arista ASTJ103 Zimbabwe 1981

Quite a lot of artists had their lp´s pressed in South Africa and Zimbabwe in 70´s / early 80´s. This is Cats first from Zimbabwe. Cover is printed on soft and matt cardboard, while vinyl itself is very thick. Anyway, great rarity for diehard collectors (like me).

Legendary debut album

I will first concentrate to album that started it all, Stray Cats from 1981. I´ll post different lp´s from around the world and also singles related to it.
